I’ve been a founder, I’ve built teams, I’ve sold companies.
I started in digital marketing well before the Sydney Olympics in 2000.
My first digital consulting job was paving the digital footprint for the government's Small Business framework.
I worked on Marks & Spencer’s website when it was challenging the retail presences in 2001.
I’ve set up digital and direct departments at some of the biggest advertising agencies in Australia.
I pushed and pushed for my team, always.
In 2010, I started my own digital agency - with no money, no clients and just a want to do things differently.
A focus on being about the people and caring about their lives, their goals and making them better humans.
All while delivering some amazing work and amazing results.
We sold the businesses, finished our earn-out and took some time off.
My mission is to help individuals understand what they bring to the table, how teams understand each other and how that drives overall company success.
I'm a Certified HBDI Practitioner and truly believe in Whole Brain® Thinking.
I hate plastic. I recycle nearly everything.
I love problems.
